An employment relationship is based on a
written employment contract between
the employer and the employee.
The employer is required to agree with the employee on essential particulars, such
as:
- the type of work
- a brief job description
- the place of work
- the work start date
- wage conditions, pay-days
- working time
- holiday allowance
- length of the notice period
