company Little Rock Lake AB was founded in 2012 and opened to the public in May 2014. Since then, we have managed to build one of the regions ´leading adventure facilities in Europe´s longest Zipline course. Our main goals are to provide experience out of the ordinary and for the visitors to leave Our us satisfied and happy.
To the coming season, we are looking for Guides to join our team!

Main tasks
As a Guide you have the main responsibility for a group of 8 to 10 zipping guests and the Assist Guide. This will be the main activity during the high season. You will lead the group through the entire adventure from the moment the guests arrive at Basecamp until they complete the adventure and return to the main facility. During the adventure, you will teach visitors about nature and its environment, along with the right of public access. Your goal should be for the guests to return from the adventure with a memory they will never forget!
You are also available for all our other outdoor activities such as guiding at the climbing wall, cave adventure, hiking, 5 and 8 camp, etc. But also, for everyday jobs in our course or at Basecamp.
You get to spend your working days in a beautiful environment with great people from different backgrounds and cultures who are like-minded with a sense of adventure and fun. You meet new people, and you get a lot of new experiences that you can take with you further in life or your future career.

Requirements
-Experience in the field of outdoor, sport, climbing, scouting, nature, or similar experience
-Positive, social and physically fit
- Good English language skills. (Dutch, German etc. is a plus but not required)
-No fear of heights
-Basic knowledge of first aid. (You will follow an internal HLR course when you start working with us)
-High sense of responsibility and safety
-Organized and orderly
-Team player, energetic and the will to work
-Available in holidays and weekends

Type of contract
Seasonal (6 months) with possibility to extend
Availability: From April 01 till September 30, 2023
Hours: Minimum of 32 hours per week
Salary: individual salary based on the Swedish Collective Agreements, Visita HRF (Hotel & Restaurant). In addition to salary, you will get paid for working during inconvenient hours.

If you are invited for a personal interview at Basecamp, you will first follow an internal and intensive training in the field of guiding and safety before you start working.
Digital interviews are possible for those who do not live in the area or in Sweden. For candidates who do live in the area, we prefer face-to-face meetings.
