JOB DESCRIPTION: MACHINE TOOL OPERATOR

We are currently looking for talented Machine Tool Operators to join our team. The right candidates will operate in a structured production department and will carry out the following tasks:

• Tool setup and removal on tool machines;
• Loading/unloading of workpieces also by using specific lifting appliances;
• Assembly/disassembly of specific tooling according to workpiece machining cycle;
• Workpiece machining by stock removal technology using cutting tools and according to the working cycles of the utilised machining centre;
• Use of proper measuring instruments to check the tolerances indicated on drawings;
• Machine tool monitoring during machining, taking prompt action and reporting any production anomalies to shop supervisors;
• Ordinary maintenance of tool machines;
• Possible programming phase on board the machine.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Previous experience in similar positions;
• Good manual dexterity and experience in using measuring instruments;
• Excellent ability to read mechanical drawings;
• Dynamism, flexibility and ability to work in a team;
• Availability to work in three shifts (Saturdays included);
• Knowledge of Siemens language is preferred;
• Preference will be given to candidates with a recent diploma as industrial mechanic technician.

Place of work: Buttrio (Italy)
