Nautor's Swan is an international company with more than 50 years of experience in manufacturing luxury sailing yachts that are world famous for their perfect combination of quality, performance, elegance, and reliability. More than 2,300 Swan yachts, between 36 to 131 feet, have been built and delivered since the early 1960s. Swan yachts are divided into 4 different segments: ClubSwan, Swan Yachts, Maxi Swan and Swan Shadow.

We are now looking for LAMINATORS, for vacuum injection and pre-preg lamination in both carbon and fiberglass materials, to our facilities in Jakobstad and Kållby.
We offer you work in an international work environment, with the opportunity to be trained in the duties of those with experience from, among other things, Americas Cup boats and Club Swan 125. You get the chance to learn state-of-the-art lamination methods, work with the newest materials in modern and pleasant facilities.
We value previous experience in lamination, but you also go a long way with the right motivation and attitude to learn new things.
