Aeronautical engineer, he joined Fiat Auto in 1978 were, over time, assumes positions of increasing responsibility:
1992 Responsible for Style;
1994 Responsible for Innovation and Design Development;
1997 Responsible for Platforms Development;
2001 Product Engineering Director;
2004 CEO of Elasis and in 2005 of CRF.

President of Gruppo Dirigenti Fiat since 2005 and of ATA since 2006.

Chairman of EUCAR for 2014.

Ingegnere aeronautico, entra in Fiat Auto nel 1978 dove nel tempo assume incarichi di responsabilità crescente:
1992 Responsabile Coordinamento Stile;
1994 Responsabile Innovazione e Sviluppo Design;
1997 Responsabile Sviluppo Piattaforme;
2001 Direttore Ingegneria di Prodotto;
2004 Amministratore Delegato di Elasis e nel 2005 di CRF.

Presidente del Gruppo Dirigenti Fiat dal 2005 e di ATA dal 2006.

Presidente EUCAR nel 2014.
